You do not need to own a firearm, no problem we will have firearms for you to use free of charge. The shooting exercise is not a marksmanship test. It is to show that you know how to operate a handgun safely and can hit a target. Minnesota is a Permit to Carry State, You may carry concealed or openly. Some people refer to it as Concealed and Carry License.
Law Enforcement Officer’s Safety Act
Training and Qualification for LEOSA/HR 218.Retired police officers can qualify to carry their concealed weapon in 50 states by completing a qualification course.
The course complies with The Law Enforcement Officer’s Safety Act, HR 218, which was passed in 2004 to allow retired officers who meet skill requirements to carry a concealed weapon outside their state of service.
Home Defense Preparedness
The Home Defense Preparedness Class is a 4-hour class that examines the tactics and legalities of using force for the protection of life inside a dwelling.
We will cover the tactics & techniques needed to defend yourself and others in the difficult 360 degree of the indoor environment of your home.
